Cannes Keys is a simple ingenious concept. You rent out your apartment or villa and we take care of the rest!

How the system works:

Apart from a nominal yearly fee, normally €100 for "key holding services"—you pay-as-you-go for the services you require on a rental-by-rental basis. The core services we would typically provide are; preparing the apartment/villa, provide bed linen and towels. We do the meet and greet, welcoming your guests with a personal touch and provide guidance on the uniqueness of your property and make sure your guests are well settled in.

We act as your guests central contact during their stay —on hand 24/7 to deal with any issues which may arise. After your guests leave, we will do the cleaning and control and report any damages.

Outside rentals periods we offer "pop-in services" to check on your property, carry-out deep cleans and can deal with any maintenance issues. In the price list section you can see our prices —you just tell us when your guest is arriving, which services you require for that particular rental and we will take care of the rest.

We are an international family, as well as mother-tongue English and Russian we are fluent in Italian and all the Scandinavian languages.

Private Owners

With the advent of booking portals such as; HomeAway, Flipkey and AirBnb, many second-home owners choose to rent out their property direct rather than through a traditional letting agent. Renting direct is not for everyone, you need to be committed, take a proactive approach and be prepared to invest the necessary time. If successful, you will vastly improve your rental income and have much greater control over who rents your second-home using this system.

Cannes Keys is a bridge between employing a cleaning lady and using a letting agent. In our experience, by retaining 100% of your rental income and then investing in specialised services, such as those we provide, you will vastly improve the overall customer experience, get good reviews, repeat business and new customers!

For Private owners who do not rent out their property and only use periodically, we are happy to take care of all your needs and requirements and ensure your property is well maintained throughout the year.

We are a small family run business providing a niche service and personalised approach. All prices are transparent and agreed beforehand. Payments for services are made by way of bank transfer or PayPal, typically at the end of your guests stay. We will send you a invoice by email which should be settled within 7 days.
